Our Products - Australian Lamb
Our lambs are exclusively sourced from the lush, verdant pastures of Victoria, Australia's southernmost state. We use only second-cross lambs, specifically bred for meat production, resulting in uniform, high-quality cuts with impressive eye muscle on racks and loins.
Our rigorous standards ensure the most precise grading, allowing us to maintain the highest level of quality control.
We target a specific carcass weight range of 22-26kg and offer flexible packing options to cater to various market and customer requirements, such as exact weight ranges for our premium cuts. This adaptability enables us to meet the diverse needs of our clients while maintaining the exceptional quality that AMEC Lamb is known for.
